There’s still this lingering belief that going to therapy means you’re “crazy.”

For a long time, we thought you had to be at rock bottom to even consider seeing a therapist. That you needed a major trauma, a “real reason,” a “serious problem.”And that if you couldn’t figure things out on your own, it meant you were weak.

We were never taught to ask for help — at least not confidently or openly.

We were taught to hold it together. To keep smiling. To overanalyze everything with our minds. To not be a burden. To not cry.To “manage.”“There are people who have it worse.”That little voice in your head, right?

But the more we try to “manage,” the more we disconnect. We lose touch with how we really feel.We go into autopilot.

Until one day… it all spills over.

So no — going to therapy doesn’t mean you’re crazy.

It means you're feeling something that’s bigger than you right now,and you no longer want to carry it alone.

And that is not a weakness.

It’s a sign of strength.

I always say: what you feel is valid. If you feel it, it’s real.

You deserve to listen to yourself. And if you feel the need — I’m here to support you.
