I often hear people tell me in sessions:"I don’t have self-confidence.”As if it were a fixed trait. A missing piece. A permanent flaw keeping them from moving forward.
But here’s the truth:Self-confidence is not a gift — it’s something we build, step by step. 🌿
It begins with how we treat ourselves. 💛
With the choices we make.
With the “no’s” we dare to say.
With the “yes’s” we fully embrace.
Confidence doesn’t require perfection — it asks for presence and intention. It’s an energy in motion.
It grows through lived experiences:Through trying, failing, adjusting, and trying again.
Just like a child doesn’t learn to walk overnight — we’ve all had our falls, some knees may still remember! 😉
One of my favorite quotes says it beautifully:
“Confidence comes not from always being right but from not fearing being wrong.”
— Peter T. McIntyre
What about you? Do you trust yourself? Is that lack of confidence holding you back?
✨ Share your thoughts, your stories… and above all, give yourself permission to try.
Confidence grows when you dare.
