I’ve just returned from Strasbourg, filled with new knowledge after an inspiring training on primitive reflexes… What an incredible experience! I can’t wait to share it with you.

The world of reflexes is fascinating, because it brings us back to what truly matters:

👉 the body,

👉 the nervous system,

👉 the very first foundations of our development.

These reflexes, present from birth, play a key role in building our posture, coordination, ability to learn, emotional regulation, and our capacity to adapt to the world.

When they are well integrated, everything flows more freely.

But when they are not, the body develops compensations… often invisible, yet energetically costly.

In everyday life, this can show up as:

🔹 stress or anxiety,

🔹 concentration difficulties,

🔹 fatigue,

🔹 emotional overload,

🔹 clumsiness,

🔹 physical tension,

🔹 a constant feeling of having to make extra effort.

Integrating primitive reflexes allows the body and brain to:

🌿 release certain compensations,

🌿 regain stability and a sense of safety,

🌿 access more calm, clarity, and confidence,

🌿 and fully express their potential.

This training further enriches my work with both children and adults, within a holistic approach that respects each person’s unique rhythm.

Grateful for these learnings, these encounters, and for this passion that continues to grow within me 💫
