"I never try to make an emotion disappear."

That sentence often surprises people.

Many clients come to a session saying:

"I don't want to feel anxious anymore."

"I wish I could stop getting angry."

"I just want this fear to go away."

But I don't see emotions as the enemy.

Every emotion carries a message.

If it's showing up, it's trying to tell us something.

🌿 During a kinesiology session, my goal isn't to silence the emotion.

It's to understand why it's there, what it's trying to protect, and what the person truly needs today.

Very often, once that message has been acknowledged, the emotion no longer needs to take up so much space.

Your body isn't working against you.

It's doing its best to protect you.

✨ The first step isn't to fight your emotions—it's to listen to them.

I never try to make an emotion disappear.
je ne considère pas ces émotions comme des ennemies.

Every emotion carries a message.
