Some emotions that may have been "dormant" during the summer can resurface as autumn arrives. The decreasing daylight and shorter days can lead to feelings of emotional fatigue and sadness.
I’ll repeat it because it's so important to understand:An emotion is a reaction from our body in response to a situation, memory, or thought.
